so, a few people have asked about my being a vegetarian in a house full of carnivores.
do i make two different meals? (sometimes, not often)
am i sure i'm getting all the nutrients i need? (um, no. but i'm trying)
do i feel weird about preparing meat when i feel weird about eating it? (nope)
an example:
on monday we had steak and a few sides. i eat the sides...
surprisingly good november tomatoes + yummy cheese/pesto/olive oil/sea salt
the ever popular pomegranate. messy, but good
add some broccolini (ella's fave), and you're all good
